Dump Truck Driver

Industrial Dumpster Service (IDS) is looking for a dependable, safety-focused CDL Class B Truck Driver to join our growing team. This position is responsible for operating a Roll off Garbage Truck while safely servicing commercial customers throughout the Montgomery area. Responsibilities Safely operate a CDL Class B Roll Off garbage truck Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Follow assigned routes and provide timely waste collection services Operate truck controls and compactor safely and efficiently Transport collected materials to designated disposal facilities Maintain accurate vehicle inspection reports and route documentation Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly Keep the truck clean and in safe operating condition Clean up accidental spills when necessary Provide friendly, professional customer service Follow all company, state, and federal safety regulations Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid CDL Class B License (or higher) Air Brake Endorsement required Clean driving record Ability to safely operate heavy equipment Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Excellent time management and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Previous waste collection or commercial driving experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time position Stable, year-round employment Overtime opportunities Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Benefits 401(k) Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Schedule Full-time Monday–Friday Overtime available Occasional weekends as needed Work Location In Person – Montgomery, AL If you're a dependable CDL driver looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that values safety, reliability, and customer service, apply today and join the Industrial Dumpster Service team.
