Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Dump Truck Driver and play a vital role in transporting materials efficiently and safely across various job sites. This energetic position requires a motivated professional who thrives on delivering exceptional service, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring timely deliveries. As a key player in our operations, you'll operate heavy-duty dump trucks to load, transport, and unload materials such as gravel, dirt, debris, asphalt, and other bulk freight. Your expertise will help keep projects on schedule while adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities Operate dump trucks with manual transmission to load, transport, and unload construction materials and debris across multiple sites. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with company policies. Load and unload freight in a range of environments. Keeping a clean truck inside the cab and outside. Being able to climb into bed and clean as needed without question Follow designated routes for delivery and route driving to meet project timelines while maintaining safety standards. Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance records. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site managers, and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve issues promptly. Adhere strictly to safety protocols related to driving heavy machinery Be kind to others and work well with other.. Don't be a jerk and you'll be fine. Customer satisfaction is extremely high on our daily demands. Qualifications . Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles such as roll-off trucks or tractor-trailers. Skilled in manual transmission operation and familiar with freight handling procedures. Ability to load & unload freight efficiently and meeting DOT guidelines as needed. Knowledge of route driving best practices and safety regulations for commercial driving. Experience with truck driving in various environments including construction sites or industrial settings is preferred. Strong commitment to safety standards and excellent communication skills.
