Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Dump Truck Driver to join our crew. In this role, you will support our roofing operations by transporting materials, debris, and equipment to and from job sites throughout the RI, MA, and CT service area. This is a hands-on field role that is critical to keeping our projects on schedule and our job sites clean and safe. Key Responsibilities Operate a dump truck safely and in compliance with all federal, state, and local traffic laws and regulations Transport roofing materials, debris, and equipment between job sites, suppliers, and disposal facilities Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate driver logs Assist crew members with loading and unloading materials as needed Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle; report mechanical issues promptly Follow all company safety protocols and on-site safety requirements Communicate proactively with project managers and field supervisors regarding delivery schedules and job site conditions Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required; Class A or B accepted; must have physical license and not a copy Clean driving record with a minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience Experience operating dump trucks in a construction or trades environment preferred Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, loading, and unloading materials Strong punctuality, reliability, and professional conduct Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Compensation & Benefits Paid time off Training and development opportunities Competitive compensation commensurate with experience A collaborative, team-oriented work environment with over 30 years of industry success Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 24.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan License/Certification: Valid CDL (Required) Work Location: In person
