Dump Truck Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating commercial dump trucks in accordance with DOT regulations, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of materials. This role requires a strong focus on safety, punctuality, and adherence to industry standards. The Dump Truck Driver will handle unloading operations, perform pre-trip inspections, and drive a manual transmission truck to various job sites. Responsibilities Operate dump trucks in compliance with all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety standards. Drive trucks equipped with manual transmissions, specifically 13-speed manuals, demonstrating proficiency in handling such vehicles. Perform daily pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness before each shift. Load and unload materials at designated sites efficiently and safely. Maintain punctuality by showing up on time every day and adhering to scheduled routes and deadlines. Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies during transportation activities. Keep accurate records of trips, loads, and vehicle maintenance as required. Experience Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required. Proven experience operating dump trucks or similar commercial vehicles. Ability to operate a 13-speed manual transmission truck confidently. Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial trucking operations. Must pass a drug test prior to employment.
