ConfidentialJob Summary We are seeking a dynamic DTF Print & Embroidery Specialist / Warehouse Associate to join our creative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating direct-to-film (DTF) printing equipment and embroidery machines to produce high-quality custom apparel and accessories. Additionally, you will manage warehouse operations, including materials handling, inventory management, and ensuring safety standards are maintained throughout all processes. Responsibilities Operate DTF printing machines, embroidery equipment, and related manufacturing tools to produce customized garments and accessories. Measure fabric materials and finished products using various measuring instruments to ensure accurate dimensions and quality compliance. Perform manual fabric cutting, seam construction, garment sewing, and upholstery assembly as needed for product finishing. Maintain strict adherence to safety standards in production environments, including proper use of protective gear and safe machine operation procedures. Handle materials efficiently within the warehouse setting, including receiving, storing, organizing, and inventorying raw materials and finished goods. Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure products meet established quality standards in manufacturing. Use industrial sewing machines, serging equipment, and embroidery machines proficiently to produce durable seams and detailed embroidery designs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to support smooth workflow and safety compliance. Assist in dimensional measurements for product consistency and ensure all garments conform to specifications before packaging. Experience Prior experience working with manufacturing or warehouse environments is highly preferred. Hands-on knowledge of sewing techniques such as garment construction, seam construction, serging, and upholstery is advantageous. Familiarity with machine operation for industrial sewing machines, embroidery machines, and DTF printing equipment is essential. Experience handling fabric materials and performing manual cutting tasks demonstrates attention to detail in production processes. Understanding of safety standards in production environments ensures a safe working space for yourself and colleagues. Proficiency with measuring instruments and quality standards in production helps maintain high-quality output consistently. Previous warehouse experience supports efficient materials handling and inventory management practices.
