DTF Print & Apparel Production Specialist (2nd shift)

Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 2nd Shift, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Location: Troy, MI We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented DTF Print & Apparel Production Specialist to join our production team on 2nd shift. This position will primarily be responsible for printing DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers and heat pressing designs onto T-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel. We are looking for someone who can work independently, maintain quality standards, and keep production moving efficiently throughout the evening shift. Responsibilities Operate DTF printing equipment Prepare artwork/files for printing as needed Print DTF transfer film accurately and efficiently Apply adhesive powder and properly cure DTF transfers Operate heat presses to apply transfers to T-shirts, hoodies, and other garments Position and align designs correctly before pressing Follow proper temperature, pressure, and timing settings Inspect finished garments for print quality, placement, and defects Organize garments and printed transfers by customer/order Complete production orders accurately and on time Package completed apparel when needed Maintain a clean and organized printing and pressing area Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of DTF printers and heat press equipment Keep track of printing materials, film, ink, powder, and other production supplies Assist with other printing and production projects as needed What We're Looking For Must be available to work 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Dependable and able to arrive to work on time Strong attention to detail Comfortable working with computers and digital files Able to follow production instructions and order specifications Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality Comfortable standing and working with production equipment for extended periods Able to lift boxes of apparel and production materials Good organizational skills Comfortable working independently during evening hours Willingness to learn new printing equipment and processes Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: DTF printing Heat presses Screen printing Sublimation Garment decoration Wide-format or digital printing Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop RIP software Apparel production Prior DTF experience is needed.
