For this position, we are hiring driver/monitor teams. The monitor rides in the back with the students to ensure they are safe and comfortable—no special qualifications are required. The ideal setup is for the driver to team up with someone they know, like a household member, neighbor, or friend." We need part-time drivers to transport special needs students safely to and from school, and to some before and after-school activities. This is a great side gig for extra income - NO CDL REQUIRED! IDEAL LOCATIONS: Carrollton, North Dallas, Heathridge, Mesquite, Plano, Westmoreland Heights, Balch Springs, Wheatley Place. NEW! Up to $300 Onboarding Reimbursement We may reimburse up to $300 for eligible onboarding expenses, including your background check, drug test, online training, vehicle inspection, and more. Eligibility: Complete the onboarding process and become eligible to drive. Accept and begin driving an assigned route. Overview Driver. Earn $350 – $750 per week (based on route, distance & performance) Monitor: Earn $200/week minimum Part-time hours: 6-9 AM & 1-4 PM or 3-6 PM (Monday–Friday) great for retirees, parents & gig workers Use your own 4-door vehicle (2015 or newer, registered & insured) 1099 contractor role – extra income opportunity No CDL needed – just a valid driver’s license & clean record Pass a background check & drug test Complete a quick online training (fully remote) Must be 21+ & eligible to work in the U.S. All documents must be from the state where you’ll drive Responsibilities Safely transport students to and from school, as well as to some before and after school activities on time. Provide excellent customer service to students and parents during transportation. Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers. Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle to ensure its proper functioning.
