Driver / Warehouse Staff – Bilingual Spanish/English

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (Spanish/English) Driver / Warehouse Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to deliver goods efficiently and reliably. You will also assist with warehouse operations, manual handling, and material movement to ensure smooth logistics workflows. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks, vans, and personal vehicles for delivery routes, adhering strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws Load, unload, and secure cargo using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure safety and compliance before each route Deliver goods directly to customers’ locations while providing friendly and professional customer service in both Spanish and English Assist with warehouse tasks including inventory management, moving stock within the facility, and organizing materials for efficient access Use mobile devices or delivery apps to manage routes, update delivery statuses, and communicate with team members Follow safe lifting practices during manual handling of heavy items to prevent injuries and promote workplace safety Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or warehouse staff with knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling equipment operation Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving commercial trucks or box trucks preferred Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English for effective communication with diverse customers and team members Familiarity with DOT regulations, weight handling in the workplace, and safe lifting practices Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently; comfortable with manual handling tasks involving moving heavy or bulky items Experience using mobile devices for route navigation or delivery updates is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude; able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Join our team where your driving skills combined with your warehouse expertise will make a real impact!
