Driver & Warehouse Operations Specialist

Why You’ll Love Working With Us ● Be part of a mission-driven nonprofit that supports sustainability and community giving ● Hands-on, active work ● Supportive, team-oriented environment ● Health, dental, and vision insurance ● Paid time off What You’ll Do ● Drive our box truck for local donation pickups and deliveries ● Support daily warehouse operations—organizing, packing, and preparing items for shipment ● Ensure items are handled carefully and safely ● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace ● Provide excellent customer service to donors and community partners ● Assist the Warehouse Manager and other team members in daily operations What We’re Looking For ● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record ● Driving experience (at least 1 year) ● Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded ● Strong organizational and time management skills ● Comfortable using a computer (shipping, inventory, etc.) ● Able to lift and move items up to 50+ lbs regularly ● Weekend availability a plus Bonus points if you have experience with: ● Online sales (eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, etc.) ● Warehouse or logistics work ● Team leadership or volunteer management ● Working with nonprofits or community organizations About MacHub MacHub is a division of Swedemom Center of Giving, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
