We are an electrical wholesale distribution company seeking a dependable team member who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is willing to contribute to the daily success of our operations. This position involves making local deliveries and pickups, assisting with warehouse operations, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Delivery & Driving Safely operate company vehicles to make local and regional deliveries and pickups. Load, unload, and secure materials for safe transportation. Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Maintain company vehicles in clean and organized condition. Verify delivery paperwork and maintain accurate delivery records. Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and team members. Warehouse Operations Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming inventory. Pull, prepare, and stage customer orders for delivery or pickup. Assist with loading and unloading company trucks and supplier shipments. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Stock and organize merchandise in the counter area and showroom. Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock records. Support warehouse and counter operations as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 7 years of driving experience (personal driving experience qualifies) Valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently under pressure. Good communication and customer service skills. Intermediate to proficient computer skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new systems, products, and procedures. Experience in warehouse operations, deliveries, or inventory management is preferred. Knowledge of the electrical wholesale distribution industry is a plus. Experience with Epicor Solar Eclipse software is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day. Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, stocking, and organizing materials.
