Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of vehicles, including box trucks and company vehicles, to deliver goods efficiently and reliably. Additionally, you will handle warehouse operations such as hand wrapping pallets, loading, unloading, manual handling, inventory management and helping on production floor when duties are completed. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving expertise with hands-on warehouse and production tasks, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth logistics flow. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks, vans, truck vehicles for delivery routes, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) guidelines. Load and unload materials using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment like pallet jacks or carts. Manage warehouse operations including inventory organization, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean workspace. Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries using mobile devices or digital tracking systems. Communicate effectively with customers during delivery to confirm receipt and address any questions or concerns. Follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy items or moving goods within the warehouse environment. Assist in route planning and driving logistics to optimize delivery efficiency and timeliness. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations and delivery driving, preferably with driving licenses for box trucks or standard vihecles . Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission is a plus. Familiarity with commercial truck driving regulations and DOT compliance requirements. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks involving weight handling in the workplace. Experience operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or carts. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Knowledge of route driving, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices for delivery drivers. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
