Driver/vending, assistant

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and reliable Driver/Vending Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods, managing vending equipment, and assisting with warehouse tasks. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles to deliver vending products to various locations while adhering to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Load and unload vending supplies and equipment using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or carts Assist with warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and organization of storage areas Conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintain accurate delivery logs, and ensure compliance with safety protocols during all driving activities Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries and addressing any questions or concerns Support vending machine maintenance, including refilling products, troubleshooting issues, and performing basic repairs when necessary Follow safe lifting practices during heavy lifting tasks and ensure proper weight handling in the workplace Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with vending or warehouse experience Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating commercial trucks or box trucks is highly desirable Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles and operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks Strong understanding of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safe driving practices for load & unload activities Physical ability to lift heavy items safely and perform manual handling tasks regularly Familiarity with mobile devices for route navigation and communication purposes Excellent organizational skills to manage route driving efficiently and accurately complete delivery documentation Prior experience working in warehouse operations or manual handling environments is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quality products with enthusiasm!
