Driver/ Transportation Coordinator

Starting Pay Range: $25.30-$27.83 Job Description: College Hospital PHP program in Signal Hill is seeking a Full Time Transportation Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Responsibilities: Transports patients in hospital vehicle, to and from the program. Coordinates routes and transportation schedules for Program Aides, as well as any transportation needs for the program. Maintains vehicle general maintenance, repairs, invoices, vehicle phones, gas bills for hospital vehicle. Assesses safety and education needs for Program Aides. Assists and identifies the needs of patients getting in/out hospital van and during transportation. Effectively performs additional duties and responsibilities as position requires. Required Skills and Experience: Valid CA Driver License with good DMV record required. Must have Class A, B, or C with passenger endorsement. Current DOT. Knowledge of area roads and freeways. Ability to assist patients during transportation.
