Job Overview We are seeking a Driver / Supplies Coordinator to keep our fabrication shop and installation crews stocked, supplied, and moving. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and a safe driver with a commitment to quality and professionalism. This role involves delivering products to jobsites, picking up materials, purchasing/tracking shop supplies, and keeping records of trips and purchases. Responsibilities Deliveries & Pickups: Safely drive company vehicles to deliver products to jobsites. Pickup materials and orders from suppliers. Supplies Procurement: Purchase and pick up shop and installation supplies, including adhesives, epoxy, silicone, blades, polishing pads, abrasives, sealers, and safety gear. Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels of consumables and tools, and reorder before shortages affect production. Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers on orders, availability, and delivery schedules. Load Handling: Properly load, secure, and unload materials. Schedule Coordination: Work with production staff and the installation crew to meet delivery windows and work order timelines. Documentation & Job Costing: Collect receipts, delivery tickets, and packing slips, and maintain accurate records. Assign every purchase to the correct job or customer. Vehicle Care: Perform daily vehicle inspections, keep vehicles clean, and report maintenance needs promptly. Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety protocols for driving and for handling materials to minimize risk to people and product. Jobsite Professionalism: Represent the company courteously at high-end residences, protecting homeowners’ property at every stop. Skills Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience driving pickup truck with trailer Knowledge of handling, securing, and transportation of loads. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with receipts, delivery tickets, and inventory counts. Basic computer skills. Ability to fluently speak and understand English is required. Ability to speak and understand Spanish optional Ability to lift 50 lbs. Benefits Competitive wage aligned with experience.
