Driver / Shipping & Receiving Support

Radke Machine & Tool is hiring a dependable Driver / Shipping & Receiving Support employee. Your primary responsibility will be driving a company truck several days each week to deliver finished parts to customers and pick up or drop off parts at vendors. When you are not driving, you will support shipping, receiving, and general shop activities. Responsibilities Safely drive the company truck for customer deliveries and vendor pickups and drop-offs. Verify parts, quantities, and paperwork at each pickup and delivery. Load, unload, and secure materials and parts for transport. Pack parts to protect them during handling and shipment. Prepare and verify shipping documentation. Receive raw material and check quantities against accompanying paperwork. Keep shipping and receiving areas clean and organized. Assist with general shop duties as needed. Represent Radke professionally when working with customers and vendors. Requirements Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license. Must pass a driving background check before hiring. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Attention to detail when handling parts, materials, and documentation. Ability to safely perform loading, unloading, packing, and other physical shop duties. Willingness to move between driving, shipping, receiving, and shop support tasks. Delivery, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred. Schedule Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; nine working hours per day. Friday: Four to six hours.
