Driver Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist

We recruit and support independent contractors who transport critical healthcare supplies, including blood, tissue, pharmaceuticals, and other lifesaving materials nationwide. We're seeking a motivated Driver Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to attract, screen, and onboard qualified drivers who help make a difference with every delivery. Key Responsibilities Post and manage job advertisements on recruiting platforms. Conduct applicant screening and high-volume inbound/outbound calls. Guide candidates through the onboarding and contracting process. Maintain accurate applicant records and compliance documentation. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified driver contractors. Coordinate with Dispatch and Operations to meet staffing needs. Deliver exceptional customer service to applicants and contractors. Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service, recruiting, call center, or support experience. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Recruiting or sales experience is a plus.
