You will work closely with operations leadership to ensure hiring goals are met while maintaining a positive candidate experience that supports long-term driver success. Key Responsibilities of a Driver Recruitment Manager: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified driver candidates. Source applicants through job boards, social media platforms, referral programs, networking opportunities, and community partnerships. Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective drivers. Promote career opportunities and benefits of partnering with zTrip. Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, open houses, and recruiting campaigns. Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems. Onboarding & Candidate Success Guide candidates through the onboarding process from application to activation. Assist with licensing requirements, documentation, and qualification procedures. Ensure candidates receive timely communication and support throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with operations teams to facilitate successful onboarding and training. Address onboarding challenges and identify solutions to improve completion rates. Driver Engagement & Retention Maintain regular communication with newly onboarded and active drivers. Conduct follow-up meetings and check-ins to support long-term success. Assist with driver retention initiatives and engagement programs. Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the driver experience. Support recognition programs and culture-building initiatives. Serve as a trusted point of contact for driver questions and concerns. Community Outreach & Networking Build relationships with workforce development agencies, driving schools, training organizations, and community partners. Represent zTrip at recruiting events, career fairs, networking functions, and local outreach initiatives. Develop partnerships that generate a consistent flow of qualified candidates. Act as a positive ambassador for the zTrip brand within the community. Recruiting Analytics & Reporting Track recruiting performance metrics, hiring activity, and onboarding conversion rates.
