WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Driver recruiting: call and follow up with driver applicants fast, schedule interviews, keep the pipeline full and moving - Safety support: help with driver files, onboarding paperwork, compliance documents, and DOT-related admin - Office operations: phones, scheduling, records, and the hundred small things that keep a trucking office alive You will touch everything. You will learn the business. This role grows into bigger things for the right person. WHAT YOU BRING - 2+ years of office or administrative experience — recruiting, HR, dispatch, or trucking/logistics experience is a major plus - Great phone presence and written communication — comfortable chasing people down and following through - Organized, detail-obsessed, and reliable — paperwork done right, every time - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - High school diploma or GED required; no CDL needed - Reliable transportation, able to work on-site in Streamwood, IL WHAT WE OFFER - $20-23 per hour based on experience - Full-time: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM — your evenings and weekends are yours - Paid holidays - 8 PTO days in year one (first day available after 90 days), 13 PTO days after 2 years of service - A real growth path — this isn't a dead-end job, it's the inside track Apply today.
