Driver Recruiting Manager, Owner-Operators

Run owner-operator recruiting from first lead to an active truck, and be measured on trucks that stay. Status Transportation has worked only with owner-operators since 2009. You'll own the pipeline: marketing and lead generation, qualification, orientation, onboarding and activation. You'll manage recruiters and work with Safety, Compliance, Dispatch and Operations. Your first 90 days - Review the process from lead to activation - Build reporting: cost per activated owner-operator, conversion by stage, time to activation, early retention - Tune campaigns and follow-up standards - Tighten the orientation and handoff workflow You bring - Proven results recruiting owner-operators directly (not only company drivers) - Experience coaching a recruiting team - Hands-on CRM or applicant-tracking experience - Trucking and owner-operator business knowledge; bilingual a plus - Able to work in person in Winter Garden You get: $63,000 - $75,000 a year, direct access to leadership, and the chance to build the department.
