CDL-A Driver Recruiter (Trucking) – Russian Required – 3+ Years of Experience Pay: Fixed base salary + per-hire bonuses Job Type: Full-time, On-site Work Location: Naperville, IL 60540 About the Role American Turbo LLC is looking for an experienced Driver Recruiter to help grow our fleet. You’ll be the first point of contact for new drivers, finding qualified CDL drivers, building relationships with them, and getting them onboarded and on the road. Responsibilities Find and recruit qualified CDL-A drivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach Screen applicants by phone and in person, and check their qualifications, driving history, and experience Handle the full hiring process from first contact through onboarding Work with the Safety team on background checks, MVRs, drug testing, and DOT qualification files Keep accurate records of applicants and new hires in our tracking system Stay in regular contact with drivers to keep them engaged and reduce turnover Meet monthly hiring goals and report on recruiting results Requirements At least 3 years of driver recruiting experience in the trucking industry Fluent in Russian and English (required) Good understanding of DOT driver qualification requirements Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Organized, self-motivated, and focused on results Able to work on-site in Naperville, IL Preferred Qualifications Additional languages (Uzbek, Ukrainian, or others) a plus Experience with recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems An existing network of CDL drivers What We Offer Fixed base salary plus bonuses for every driver you hire, so you earn more for every driver you bring in A stable, in-person role with a growing fleet A supportive team where you can take ownership of the recruiting process Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per week Work Location: In person
