NOW HIRING: Driver Recruiter, Trainer & Operations Support$800+ Per Week (Based on Qualifications) | Immediate Opening | Transportation & Logistics AOT Delivery is seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven professional to join our growing team in recruiting, driver training, and quality assurance.With a new Texas-based delivery contract launching November 30 , our immediate priority is recruiting, training, and onboarding approximately 100 independent contractor drivers . We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, connects well with people, and can build and maintain a strong pipeline of dependable drivers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruit: screen, interview, and onboard independent contractor drivers. Source candidates through Indeed, social media, referrals, and other recruiting platforms. Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified drivers, including backup drivers ready to fill openings or provide additional coverage. Driver Training: Conduct new driver orientation and training on delivery procedures, company expectations, customer service, and app usage. Quality Assurance & Control: Monitor driver performance, delivery accuracy, service standards, and compliance with company procedures. Identify performance concerns, provide coaching, and assist with corrective training when needed. Track recruiting progress, driver readiness, and training completion. Support dispatch and daily office operations as recruiting activity slows. QUALIFICATIONS Recruiting, staffing, driver training, or transportation industry experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and recruiting platforms. Ability to train, coach, and evaluate driver performance. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer service and quality control. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
