DRIVER RECRUITER REMOTE

JAGUAR TRANS INC is hiring an experienced OTR Driver Recruiter to work 100% remotely. We are looking for a strong, competitive recruiter who knows how to SELL, FOLLOW UP, and CLOSE DRIVERS. This is not a training position. You must already understand the trucking industry and have proven experience recruiting OTR Flatbed drivers. WHAT YOU'LL RECRUIT Company Drivers Lease / Lease-to-Own Drivers Owner-Operators OTR Flatbed Drivers COMMISSION $500 for every Owner-Operator hired $300 for every Company or Lease Driver hired PAID WEEKLY The more qualified drivers you close, the more you earn. No commission cap. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. You must have: Proven CDL Class A driver recruiting experience OTR Flatbed recruiting experience Experience recruiting Company Drivers, Lease Drivers & Owner-Operators Strong sales and closing skills Confidence handling driver objections Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to work leads aggressively and consistently Ability to build trust with drivers and CLOSE THE DEAL Self-motivation and discipline to perform while working remotely We are NOT looking for someone who simply makes calls.
