KKW Trucking is looking for a driven Driver Recruiter who knows how to pick up the phone, build relationships with drivers, follow up relentlessly, and get qualified candidates across the finish line. We're looking for someone who is hungry, resourceful, competitive, and self-motivated —someone who gets satisfaction from building a pipeline, working leads, and making hires happen. You'll be joining a 64-year-old, 100% employee-owned trucking company with approximately 400 tractors and 1,100 trailers operating across the Western United States. You'll be responsible for: Creatively sourcing qualified Class A CDL drivers through traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods Working social media, job boards, cold calling, direct sourcing, networking, referrals, job fairs, employment agencies, and other recruiting channels Recruiting, screening, and interviewing driver applicants Maintaining an active recruiting pipeline and consistently following up with candidates Working toward a target of 3 qualified driver hires per week within assigned hiring areas Managing driver applications through the Tenstreet applicant tracking system Completing offer letters with approved applicants Accurately tracking calls, referrals, applications, and candidate activity Responding quickly to incoming calls, applications, resumes, referrals, and emails Traveling when needed to help develop and grow assigned hiring markets Taking on additional recruiting responsibilities as needed Think you've got the hustle we're looking for? Ideally , you'll bring: At least 1 year of Class A driver recruiting experience Experience with cold calling and direct sourcing Experience using Tenstreet ATS Excellent phone and people skills Strong follow-up and attention to detail A self-starter mentality and ability to manage your own workload Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment Ability to work independently while still being part of a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Ability to type at least 40 WPM accurately Willingness and ability to travel as needed Why KKW?
