Job Overview Entry-Level Driver Recruiter (English & Spanish) Location: Elk Grove Village, IL Job Type: Full-time, On-site Pay: $800 per week About the Role We are looking for a motivated, bilingual Driver Recruiter to join our transportation team in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment . Previous recruiting or trucking experience is not required - we are ready to train the right person. Your main responsibility will be to connect with truck drivers, introduce them to available opportunities, conduct initial screenings, and help move qualified candidates through the hiring process. If you speak English and Spanish fluently, are comfortable making phone calls, and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply! Key Responsibilities Contact prospective truck drivers by phone, text, and email. Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish. Explain available driving opportunities and answer basic questions. Conduct initial phone screenings to learn about drivers' experience and qualifications. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment tracking systems. Coordinate interviews and assist with the onboarding process. Work closely with the recruiting and operations teams to support driver hiring goals. Requirements Fluent in both English and Spanish, including spoken communication. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with new people. Organized, reliable, and able to follow up consistently. Willingness to learn and work toward clear recruitment goals. Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records. No previous recruiting or trucking experience is required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, sales, call centers, hospitality, or other people-facing roles are welcome to apply.
