Driver Recruiter

We are searching for an experienced Recruiter to own driver recruitment. The recruiter will be responsible for high volume full cycle recruitment, partnering closely with the Planning Team and be an integral member of the Human Resources Team. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Driver Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best drivers, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Responsibilities: Owns the recruitment for drivers by shaping and implementing overall recruiting strategy High volume full cycle recruiting from engagement through onboarding Source candidates through referrals, databases, social media and other sources Screen applicants, interview candidates and close offers Assess candidate’s relevant knowledge, experience and qualifications Onboard new employees to become fully integrated Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during selection process and first 60 days of employment Maintain working knowledge of transportation laws, DOT regulations, and Company hiring criteria, as well as maintaining and promoting Company safety goals Schedule training, drug screens, and other pre-hire qualifications related to employee or Driver Qualification requirements Qualifications : Direct work experience as a Driver Recruiter as either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter preferred Effective sales skills Familiarity with ATS, HRIS and Microsoft office Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong relationship builder Self-starter, understands urgency and accountability Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: driver recruiting: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
