Driver Recruiter

The Driver Recruiter will identify and recruit qualified candidates for Class A CDL driving positions within the company. The position is required to maintain positive communication with the candidates and use strategies to attract skilled drivers for the organization. Duties/Responsibilities: Promptly follow up with calls from potential recruiting leads Monitor the CRM (customer relationship management) inbox for potential driver leads Regularly communicate with incoming leads throughout the hiring process via, phone, text, or email Conduct cold calls as needed based on leads through the CRM system Professionally represent the company at meetings, conferences, and events Review recruit backgrounds and advise the candidate of approval or disqualifications Maintain relationship with recruits after onboarding and do check-in calls Report and communicate recruit and driver lead updates daily to supervisor Ensure safety and compliance throughout the full onboarding process Communicate effectively amongst other departments Other duties as assigned Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance Accident, Critical Illness, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) with Employer match Paid Weekly Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Must be a self-starter and have a positive, “can-do” attitude Must have a strong work ethic with the ability to work under minimal supervision Embraces teamwork and appreciates problem-solving in group environments Ability to travel as needed (less than 5%) Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent Experience in the transportation industry preferred Experience in recruiting and/or sales preferred
