• Developing and implementing driver recruitment strategies to meet the company’s hiring goals
• Managing the driver hiring process from start to finish, ensuring that all steps are completed in a timely and organized manner
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates via company paid advertisement, phone calls (inbound and outbound), driver referrals, and using internet/social media as recruiting tools
• Other duties as assigned
This is an on-site position.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates for the Driver Recruiter position should possess the following:
• Proven track record in recruiting qualified Class A CDL company, owner-operated, and lease purchase drivers for OTR and regional talent
• 1 or more years of experience in a high volume recruiting or sales position is preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Motivated, energetic, and sales-driven
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
