Duties Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers to ensure smooth communication and operational flow Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and report any issues promptly to prevent delays Ensure all transportation activities adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery logs, and vehicle inspections Assist in resolving logistical challenges quickly and effectively to keep operations on track Support onboarding and training for new drivers or team members as needed Requirements Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet management preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Knowledge of transportation safety regulations and compliance standards Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is highly desirable Basic proficiency in computer software related to logistics management Join us at Lets Call Perry LLC Transportation Company where your dedication fuels our success!
