Driver/Mover

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver/Mover to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles to transport items to designated locations Load and unload goods using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or dollies Ensure all deliveries adhere to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Assist customers with moving furniture or large items, providing friendly and professional service Conduct routine vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly Follow route plans accurately using mobile devices or GPS systems to ensure timely deliveries Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and inventory records throughout each shift Requirements Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations involving manual handling and heavy lifting Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) or experience with commercial truck driving is a plus Experience operating box trucks, vans, or vehicles with manual transmission Knowledge of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safe lifting practices in the workplace Ability to lift heavy objects safely while following manual handling procedures Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude Familiarity with route driving using mobile devices or GPS technology Warehouse experience including material handling equipment operation such as pallet jacks is preferred Join us in delivering excellence through safe driving and efficient moving services!
