**Salary:** $44,000 – $48,000 (DOE)
**Schedule:** Tuesday–Saturday, 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Driver Manager / Transportation Administrator to lead and support our team of professional drivers. This role ensures safety, efficiency, and compliance while building strong, respectful relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and support to drivers.
• Coach and mentor drivers with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Monitor performance, routes, and on-time delivery.
• Manage scheduling, paperwork, and DOT requirements.
• Collaborate with operations to maximize route efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics, dispatch, fleet, or related experience (straight truck and tractor-trailer preferred).
• Knowledge of tracking/logging systems (Samsara preferred).
• Experience with route dispatching and delivery performance metrics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook/email, and basic computer systems.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
