The RoleThis is a performance-driven leadership position for someone who knows how to lead people and deliver results. You will own the day-to-day operations of your fleet, develop the people around you, and be measured on outcomes that move the business forward. What You Will Own Fleet performance across safety, driver productivity, equipment compliance, and customer relationships. Developing your team through consistent coaching, honest feedback, and accountability. Building a culture where drivers feel respected and customers feel taken care of. Recruiting and retaining quality drivers while keeping turnover at or below 50%. Driving steady revenue and fleet growth year over year. Target Metrics Revenue Per Truck Per Day: $825 minimum, $1,000 target. Miles Per Truck Per Week: 2,250. Driver Turnover: 50% or less. Annual Tractor and Revenue Growth: 10% to 20%. What We Are Looking For A driver first mindset and strong customer instincts. Working knowledge of DOT regulations, hours of service, and compliance basics. Clean background required. A genuine desire to grow something and the discipline to follow through.
