Suncoast DriversJob Summary NO INTERVIEW REQUIRED...MUST BE ABLE TO START ASAP(CAN BE THE NEXT DAY) As a Driver Helper in Hartland, WI, you’ll support delivery drivers with safe, efficient freight handling and customer-focused service. You’ll help load and unload deliveries, move freight, and navigate routes using GPS and mobile devices. This active role calls for safe lifting practices, clear communication, and consistent adherence to traffic regulations and safety protocols. -Tuesday-Friday -shifts start at 6am -shifts last up to 12 hours daily -$21.50 per hour plus overtime after 40 hours Duties Assist in the delivery of assigned orders to retail accounts in a safe and responsible manner Maintain good relations with retail customers Must be able to lift 45-65lbs which is the average weight of a case Must be able to push and pull this weight on a regular basis and there maybe two/three cases on a two wheeler Experience Required: Ability to lift and move freight safely, follow instructions, use mobile devices, and work in changing weather conditions. Preferred: Delivery driver, warehouse, or general freight experience; forklift or pallet jack experience; mechanical knowledge. Related driving experience may include commercial driving, standard passenger cars, pickup trucks, manual transmission, air brakes, tanker, dump truck, flatbed, heavy haul, tow truck, shuttle, bus, school bus, paratransit, limousine, or yard jockey operation. Additional experience with heavy equipment, military service, or route driving is welcome; these are not required. Pay: $21.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week Work Location: In person
