Driver Helper - Full-Time

Role: Assist delivery drivers by unloading, inspecting, and delivering products to customer locations. Responsibilities: Unload and verify product quality, rotate produce, assist with deliveries, report incomplete orders, handle customer complaints professionally, and operate company equipment following safety protocols. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience with handcarts and electric pallet jacks. Strong communication skills, basic arithmetic, knowledge of delivery schedules, and product quality checks. Physical Demands: Frequently lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, climb on/off trucks, and perform bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling. Work Environment: Cold warehouse setting, working in confined spaces and extreme weather conditions. Skills: Ability to handle physical tasks, work safely, and communicate effectively. Knowledge of product rotation and quality standards is essential.
