Driver Helper

Job Overview We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Driver Helper to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will assist our delivery drivers with daily pickup and delivery operations, freight handling, and customer service. Job Responsibilities Assist drivers with loading and unloading freight. Help deliver and pick up shipments from customers, warehouses, and cargo facilities. Properly handle, move, and secure freight to prevent damage. Assist with verifying shipment counts and delivery paperwork. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. Provide professional and courteous customer service. Perform other warehouse and delivery-related duties as needed. Qualifications Must be dependable, punctual, and hardworking. Ability to lift and move heavy packages and freight (up to 50–75 lbs). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable working outdoors and handling physical labor. Previous warehouse, delivery, or freight-handling experience is a plus. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime when needed.
