Sims-LohmanDriver Helper Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour PAID WEEKLY! Hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday + Possible Mandatory Overtime Sims-Lohman, a distributor of cabinetry and countertops, is seeking a Driver Helper at our distribution center located in Smyrna, TN. Responsibilities: Assist the Driver with all deliveries of cabinets, and other materials to residential, multi-family, and commercial job sites. Help load, unload, stage, and secure products for safe transportation and delivery. Carry materials into homes and construction sites while providing excellent customer service. Verify delivery items and assist in ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and efficiently. Maintain a safe work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures. All team members are required to train and rotate to work in our warehouse on loading and unloading activities. Our Driver Helpers Work: Full-time Scheduled Monday through Friday Day shift with no overnights Overtime as business needs require, including possible mandatory overtime Requirements: Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and move heavy materials multiple times a day. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including indoor and outdoor job sites. Strong attendance and dependability. Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
