Driver / Courier Delivery Associate Royalty Heights Logistics Overview Royalty Heights Logistics is seeking a dependable Driver / Courier Delivery Associate to support our growing courier and logistics operations throughout New York and surrounding interstate service areas. This position is responsible for the safe, professional, and timely transportation of parcels, business documents, medical supplies, and commercial shipments. Drivers will operate company-provided vehicles, follow optimized delivery routes, and utilize mobile technology to manage pickups, deliveries, and electronic proof of delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with courier, delivery, route-driving, Amazon DSP, FedEx, UPS, or logistics experience who take pride in reliability and customer service. Responsibilities Complete assigned pickup and delivery routes safely and efficiently Transport packages, documents, and commercial freight in accordance with company procedures Utilize GPS navigation, route optimization software, and mobile delivery applications Record delivery activity through electronic proof-of-delivery systems Obtain customer signatures and delivery confirmations Load and unload packages while following proper safety procedures Communicate professionally with dispatchers, clients, and delivery recipients Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any safety concerns Follow all traffic laws and applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations Represent Royalty Heights Logistics in a professional manner at all times Qualifications Valid driver's license required Clean driving record preferred Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to lift and transport packages up to 50 pounds Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to work independently and responsibly Preferred Experience Courier services Route delivery Amazon DSP FedEx, UPS, DHL, or similar delivery experience Medical courier services Commercial driving experience Cargo van or box truck operation Warehouse and logistics experience Electronic proof-of-delivery systems What We Offer ✅ Company-provided vehicle for assigned routes ✅ Flexible scheduling opportunities ✅ Paid training ✅ Technology-assisted route planning ✅ Growth opportunities within a growing logistics company ✅ Professional work environment ✅ Consistent route opportunities as business expands Schedule Monday through Friday Day Shift Additional route opportunities may become available Pay $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week Benefits: Company truck Flexible schedule Paid training People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: On the road
