Wrapped N Love Home Care LLC is seeking a reliable, professional, and compassionate Driver / Care Transportation Specialist to support our caregivers and clients throughout the community.
This role is responsible for safely transporting caregivers to and from their assigned work shifts as well as transporting clients to medical appointments, therapy visits, and essential errands when needed.
As a representative of Wrapped N Love Home Care, this position must uphold our Diamond Standard of Excellence by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, punctuality, and respect for every individual we serve.
Drivers receive daily transportation schedules from the office and must maintain strong communication to ensure all transportation assignments are completed safely and on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Safely transport caregivers to and from their assigned client location
Transport clients to medical appointments, therapy visits, pharmacies, and essential errands
Follow daily transportation schedules provided by the office
Maintain communication with the office regarding transportation updates, delays, or schedule changes Provide courteous and professional interaction with clients and caregivers Ensure timely arrival for all scheduled pickups and drop-offs
Assist clients safely when entering or exiting the vehicle when needed
Maintain accurate mileage records for reimbursement
Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to the office Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Valid U.S. Driver’s License Clean driving record (no DUIs or serious violations)
Ability to pass motor vehicle record review and background screening
Valid automobile insurance
Reliable personal vehicle in safe operating condition Ability to maintain routine vehicle maintenance (oil changes, tires, brakes, etc.) Comfortable driving throughout Delaware County and surrounding areas Strong reliability, punctuality, and time management skills Professional communication and customer service skills
VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS
Drivers must ensure their vehicle is:
• Properly registered and insured
• Regularly maintained and safe for passenger transport
• Clean and presentable when transporting caregivers or clients
• Equipped with a working phone or GPS for navigation and communication
SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS
This position operates six days per week.
Drivers will receive daily schedules from the office and must maintain flexibility as caregiver schedules and client appointments may vary.
