Kenke LLC, is expanding its student transportation team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We are looking for responsible, dependable Drivers and Monitors, especially Driver + Monitor teams who are interested in working together. Whether you're an experienced driver, someone interested in supporting students as a monitor, or two people looking for an opportunity to work as a team, we would love to hear from you! Help students get to and from school safely while earning income on a consistent school-day schedule. EARNING OPPORTUNITIES SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION DRIVERS $44 per route $88 per day based on two routes Starting at $440 per week based on 10 completed routes Average route length: 16 miles Opportunities to complete more than two routes per day, depending on availability and assignments Additional Mileage Compensation: 16.1–25 miles: $1.70 per additional mile Over 25.1 miles: $1.36 per additional mile Drivers are paid per route, not per student. Some routes may include multiple students attending the same school who live near one another. SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION MONITORS $25 per route $50 per day based on two routes Starting at $250 per week based on 10 completed routes Potential to earn up to $300 or more per week with additional assigned routes Approximately 90% of Philadelphia routes require a monitor, making Driver + Monitor teams especially valuable. For a team completing two routes per day, five days per week, the combined base earnings would be: Driver: $440 per week Monitor: $250 per week Combined: $690 per week That's a combined $2,760 over four weeks, before any additional assigned routes or mileage compensation. Earnings are based on completed routes and are not guaranteed. Each person is paid separately for their assigned role. WORK SCHEDULE Part-time, Monday through Friday Morning and afternoon school transportation routes Follows the official School District calendar Additional routes may be available based on operational needs and driver availability DRIVER REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 21 years old Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License Social Security Number (SSN) Valid work authorization Basic English communication skills Own an approved vehicle Vehicle Requirements: Model year 2014 or newer Fewer than 160,000 miles No pickup trucks or flatbed vehicles MONITOR REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 18 years old Social Security Number (SSN) Valid work authorization Basic English communication skills REQUIRED ONBOARDING PROCESS All applicants must complete the School District's approval process before beginning work. Requirements include: Required application forms Background clearances Fingerprinting Drug testing DOT physical examination Required training courses Applicants are responsible for applicable onboarding expenses, estimated at approximately $85. Our Kenke LLC team will guide you through each step of the process. PAYMENT INFORMATION Independent Contractor (1099) Weekly payments Payments are made one week in arrears $100 REFERRAL BONUS!
