Drayage Dispatcher & CSR

Job Description: MEMPHIS CITY CARTAGE, LLC is seeking a capable and career-oriented Dispatcher/CSR to lead our Regional Intermodal operation. The ideal candidate will manage all functions od a CSR & dispatch & drivers. Qualifications: Intermodal experience required Working knowledge of Trinium operating system International/Import experience is a plus Minimum 10 years intermodal experience Demonstrated operational management experience of minimum 30 person unit or larger required Knowledge of local railyards Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of operations Must be flexible to work weekends if necessary Skills: Ideal candidate will possess a can do attitude with a will do work ethic Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment General computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook Excellent communication and problem solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: trucking: 5 years (Required) trinium operating system: 2 years (Required) Intermodal: 10 years (Required) drayage: 5 years (Required) Ability to Commute: Memphis, TN (Required) Ability to Relocate: Memphis, TN: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
