Position Overview The Drayage Account Manager plays a key role in supporting daily operations and customer relationships. This is an entry-level friendly position with training provided. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and email communication. You will work closely with carriers, customers, and internal teams to track shipments, update records, and ensure smooth drayage operations. Responsibilities Track container pick-ups and deliveries and provide accurate updates to customers Enter and maintain shipment data with a high level of accuracy Communicate with carriers and customers via email and phone Manage daily operational tasks related to drayage accounts Assist with pricing requests and customer inquiries Maintain organized records and documentation Support account managers and operations teams as needed Identify service issues and escalate when necessary What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent data entry and organizational skills Very strong Excel and Outlook skills (required) Comfortable working in spreadsheets, email, and internal systems Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional written and verbal communication skills Reliable, thorough, and proactive work ethic Willingness to learn and grow in the logistics industry Qualifications 2-3 years of brokerage experience in either OTR or Drayage High School diploma (required) Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field (preferred) Experience with administrative work, data entry, or customer service a plus Why Join Link Logistics?
