Alamo St. San Antonio, TX 78215 United States Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Must be able to work all shifts, this is a 24/7 operation. Job Summary And Description Responsible for dispatching Alamo Colleges District’s police officers and security officers to any campus or district location upon request. Reports to the District Department of Public Safety. Qualifications To view a complete job description, click here. Minimum Education/Experience: Graduation from high school or equivalent (GED). Six months of experience in a position that required public contact, reception duties, dispatching, or related duties. Preferred Education/Experience: Some college. Formal training program after high school of approximately one year in duration and one year of related job experience. One year of experience including some experience with radio communications and computers. Required License and Certifications: Position requires certification by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) within one year from date of appointment. EEO Statement
