Double forklift Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Double Forklift Operator to join our dynamic beverage warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating two types of forklifts simultaneously to efficiently manage materials handling, inventory movement, and warehouse distribution. Your expertise will ensure safe, accurate, and timely loading, unloading, and storage of goods, supporting seamless warehouse operations. Duties Operate double forklifts, including reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, and pallet jacks, to move materials safely across the warehouse floor Load and unload shipments with precision using various material handling equipment while adhering to safety standards in production and OSHA regulations Conduct manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy loads and stacking pallets with proper techniques to prevent injury Perform inventory management tasks including barcode scanning for logistics accuracy and updating warehouse management systems (WMS) Assist in order picking and order fulfillment processes to ensure timely dispatch of goods Maintain equipment by performing basic repairs or reporting issues promptly to minimize downtime Follow warehouse safety protocols diligently during all operations, including forklift safety standards and heavy equipment operation procedures Experience Proven experience operating multiple types of forklifts simultaneously in a busy warehouse or distribution center environment Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and materials handling procedures Familiarity with warehouse management system (WMS) software and barcode scanning technology for logistics tracking Experience in shipping & receiving processes, including load & unload activities and order picking Demonstrated understanding of OSHA safety standards related to forklift operation and warehouse safety protocols Previous warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution workflows is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Double Forklift Operator and become an essential part of our team dedicated to excellence in warehouse management!
