DOT Compliance Officer / Safety
FJ Transport LLCMonday - Friday 8 A.M to 4 P.M Individuals must be motivated with knowledge of Safety/DOT Compliance in a satisfactory manner. Verify driver Safety Performance History per FMCSA, PSP, MVR. Responsible for Drug and Alcohol files, records, update and random pull notice. Responsible for maintaining accident/incident files: including but not limited to creating files, updating electronic files, tracking information regarding cost and cause of accident/incident, maintaining accident register DOT per FMCSA and Non-DOT. Report and track driver training program progress for new trainees. Schedule and conduct classes for monthly safety meetings, required certifications, and any other management-directed training. Track new hire progress and driver termination dates, maintaining an active driver list. Requirements: Must be Fluently Bilingual (Spanish/English) Excellent Communication skills Strong organizational skills.
