Our family owned and operated company is currently seeking a Door and Frame Delivery Driver to join our team at our Nashville Location! Our delivery team is the lifeline directly to our customers. The driver position is expected to work as a valued member of the Warehouse Operations. This position is scheduled Monday -Thursday 6am – 4:30pm and Friday 6am – 3:30pm with occasional overtime required. Job Responsibilities Operate 24-ft. automatic Isuzu flatbed trucks for the delivery, pickup, and relocation of door, frame, hardware products, and materials. Perform vehicle operation and maintenance inspections to ensure safety and performance. Maintain and protect all company property in excellent condition. Maintain all required certifications in accordance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety programs. Assist with preparing orders for delivery or pickup according to the daily schedule, including: Loading Packing Wrapping Picking up materials Obtain contractor signatures and maintain accurate records of materials delivered and picked up to ensure proper documentation is on file. Operate and perform preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment. Deliver materials to jobsites and coordinate with onsite customers to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor to support and improve overall branch operations. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. One or more years of experience as a delivery driver. F Endorsement. Must have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive, helpful demeanor. Ability to provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations. Must pass a DOT physical and drug and alcohol screening and successfully complete required random screenings. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
