The Money: Our top-performing third of drivers currently average approximately $25.45/hour in total compensation , including hourly pay, customer tips, and mileage reimbursement. As of this posting, that figure represents the recent average among our highest-earning one-third of drivers. Your actual earnings will vary based on delivery volume, shifts worked, your customer service, your order accuracy, customer tips, mileage, and other factors. We want deliveries organized. We want unnecessary downtime reduced. Drivers are required to follow all traffic laws. Drivers are expected to: Follow posted speed limits Obey traffic laws Wear seat belts Avoid distracted driving Drive appropriately for weather and traffic Use good judgment at all times No delivery is worth your safety. If traffic is heavy, slow down. If the weather is bad, adjust. If a delivery takes longer because you're driving safely, that's okay. More deliveries should come from efficient store operations—not unsafe driving. The Schedule We offer flexible scheduling and work with team members balancing school, other jobs, family commitments, and changing availability. The Job Your primary responsibility is safely delivering customer orders. When you're not on the road, you'll help: Prepare and assemble orders Complete light prep Answer phones Take orders Clean Keep the store ready for the next rush We Give You Tools to Make the Job Easier. Our franchise provides access to the Domino's Experience app and the Beans apartment mapping app , helping drivers locate apartment units and available gate information.
