Domestic Shipping Coordinator - Temporary Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Domestic Shipping Coordinator to work on-site in Memphis TN. (3 month contract) Key Responsibilities: Validate and execute domestic purchase and sales invoices and related transactions. Calculate, verify and reconcile invoice amounts for cash, equity, and redemption contracts. Make necessary adjustments and update into inventory. Validate the customer's invoice for accuracy and ensure values are in balance, properly create payment information, and provide backup for the accounting department. Assist in addressing any applicable reconciliation issues with customers, IT, and other departments. Issue claims when necessary and discuss resolutions. Perform duties related to the CMA, including inbounding inventory, communicating with agents/customers to verify eligibility, and contract approval. Understand data and process flows within invoicing to proactively research and resolve bottlenecks or data issues. Process domestic sales invoices and provide cash receipt detail to the accounting department. Verify EWR transactions and research discrepancies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in domestic shipping coordination or a similar role Strong understanding of domestic shipping regulations and procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping software Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment If you are passionate about logistics and have strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply for the temporary position of Domestic Shipping Coordinator.
