Dog Yard Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Dog Yard Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our bustling outdoor dog care area. This vital role involves supervising dog handling activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all animals, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for canine care, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm. Duties Supervise daily dog yard activities, including playtime, and exercise routines Ensure proper dog handling techniques are followed to guarantee safety for both staff and dogs Maintain cleanliness of the yard area, including waste removal and equipment and yard sanitation Monitor dog interactions to prevent conflicts and promote a harmonious environment Skills Experience in dog handling, training, or pet care roles is helpful but not required Strong animal handling skills with the ability to manage dogs of various sizes and temperaments Experience with pet grooming or pet sitting is helpful Excellent communication skills for team interactions Ability to perform lifting safely when moving large dogs Demonstrated commitment to animal welfare and safety standardsJoin our team as a Dog Yard Supervisor and be part of a passionate community dedicated to providing exceptional pet care.
