Documentation Coordinator
Siemens EnergyTitle: Documentation Coordinator How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities) Independently perform advanced areas of work by creating US Export Documentation (Customs Invoice, Packing List, Shipper’s Letter of Instructions, and Certificate of Origin, etc.) collaborating with back-office functions including, but not limited to supply management, materials management, FAST logistics center, Siemens Energy Germany, SE US Customs and logistics service providers. Engage with the internal SE DE Customs Team to ensure parts can be successfully imported. Collect the necessary US Export Documentation (AWB/OBOL, EEI Filing Record) for Record Retention compliance and upload those documents into our internal compliance system. Knowledge of US Export Process and requirements Identify opportunities to simplify and improve the US Export process. Strong knowledge of Excel required, Knowledge in Alteryx or Mendix, is a plus Must be a self-starter and highly professional Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional problems Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Key Responsibilities | Essential Job Duties Must have 2-3 years of experience in international Sales/Marketing, Order management, logistics, project management, import compliance or other technical fields is required. Experience with SAP Engage in and build a continuous improvement and simplification culture Flexible, solutions oriented, and able to effectively prioritize your workload.
