Responsibilities Process automotive sales paperwork including titles, registrations, and transfer documents in accordance with state transportation regulations Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, sales transactions, and client files using Microsoft Office and dealership management software such as CDK Assist customers with title processing, registration renewals, and other DMV-related services while providing friendly and professional customer service Support sales team by preparing necessary documentation for high-end sales and retail transactions Conduct data entry tasks to ensure all records are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements Handle cashiering duties including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing cash register operations Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth inventory control and timely completion of paperwork Requirements Proven experience in automotive repair shops, dealerships, or retail sales environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of automotive sales paperwork processing, title processing, and state transportation regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and dealership management systems such as CDK or similar platforms Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively via phone or in person Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse customer bases Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for data entry and inventory management Ability to handle outbound sales calls and contribute to building a robust sales pipeline Experience in retail math, accounting, cashiering, and public speaking is advantageous Knowledge of automotive industry standards including dealership experience and inventory control practices Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your efforts directly contribute to delivering outstanding service while advancing your career in the automotive industry!
