DME Inventory Specialist

Orthopaedic & Spine Technologies, LLC is seeking a dependable, organized individual to join our team as a DME Inventory Specialist. This position will be responsible for managing durable medical equipment (DME) inventory across hospitals, physician offices, urgent care centers, and other healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities Perform routine physical inventory counts at customer locations Develop and manage a schedule for inventory counts across hospitals, physician offices, urgent care centers, and other facilities Reconcile physical inventory and identify missing, overstocked, or inaccurate inventoryMaintain accurate inventory records and communicate discrepancies to the appropriate team members Help ensure customer locations are properly stocked with DME products Perform DME fittings for patients, including orthopedic braces and supports Educate patients on the proper use, application, and care of DME products Work directly with healthcare staff and OST team members to resolve inventory needs Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to customer locations Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Dependable and comfortable working independently Strong attention to detail and accuracyProfessional communication and customer-service skills Comfortable working in hospitals, physician offices, and urgent care environments Ability to manage a recurring schedule and multiple customer locations Prior DME, medical, healthcare, inventory, or orthopedic experience is preferred but not requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportation required Compensation $50,000 annual salary This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and interested in the medical/DME industry.
